No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to wall art, decor items, and custom pieces. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, we do make exceptions for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Please email us at support@furthernorthdesign.com or contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damage or defect.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a store credit for future purchases.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are tailored specifically to your request. Please double-check all details, including measurements and customization options, before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin processing and preparing your items immediately.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. In the event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation, but refunds will not be provided.
Product Color and Appearance
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting. We strive to accurately display the colors of our products, but slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
